The brief for this cake was a flat design of hello kitty( face only) to match invitations/ napkins. So although simple in design l wanted this cake to pop with colour. Her mother sent me a photo of the birthday girl with her cake after the party- grinning from ear to ear :-)
The cake is chocolate filled with a strawberry flavoured buttercream.
