Our friend wanted a “no-fuss” chocolate mud cake as long as it is chocolatey!!! So I made a chocolate mud cake with of course poured with Dark Chocolate Ganache and frosted with more chocolate. He also wanted lots of Food For The gods which is a decadent and moist Dates, Walnuts and Pecan Slice Cake (very popular in the Philippines during Christmas) to match this cake!
