Elmo and Balloons for Jasmine

My precious little 2 year old LOVES Elmo so much! She calls him Mo Mo. So I knew that he had to make an appearance on her cake :) I had so many cakes this week, he was supposed to have a 2nd tier with Circus tent stripes but never mind she loved him anyway. The cake is caramel mudcake with caramel ganache and was pretty tasty. Thanks for looking :)

Thanks so much Tiffany! He’s a very lovable little monster. I actually took loads of photos as I made him, thinking I might do my very first tutorial if anyone wants one. I think I’ll see if there is any interest first. Thanks again :)
