A couple of weeks ago I made some Car’s Cakes for twin boys. They both had to be dairy free. One was Neapolitan with layers of chocolate and strawberry buttercream, and they other Chocolate mud with cookies n’ cream filling. Both were coated in buttercream instead of ganache. Egg free.
