I had the pleasure of attending a class with the amazing Sharon Wee in London a couple of weeks ago to learn how to make the gravity defying ‘milk jug’ cake.

Both the jug and the bowl are hand carved from cake. I learnt so much on the course, Sharon is an amazing teacher, and I came home with a pretty awesome cake too.
