Red, Burgundy, Gold Christmas cake with white Ponsettia flower

I wanted a cake with snow flakes, lace and Ponsettia flower… I was going to do it in white but then I had this crazy idea of coloring 4 kilogrammes of sugarpaste by hand…never again!!!! :D
