This is a cake I made as a sugar angel for Icing Smiles for a young girl who likes killer whales. The orca is rice cereal treats covered in fondant and finished to look wet. The water is cake covered in blue crusting buttercream and white royal icing. The message plaque is gum paste with hand painted message and the shells are fondant.
