I was invited to join the Bake A Christmas Wish Collab back in August and it has been the most amazing time since then. Getting to know all the 100+ cakers that have been involved in the whole project – it’s been so fantastic. Getting to do all this for charity just added to the excitement and awe of being involved in such a brilliant project.
The film I chose was White Christmas with Bing Crosby and Danny Kaye. The Christmas Tree is made entirely of fruit cake, covered with marzipan and fondant. The figures are made from gumpaste – lots of gumpaste!
