Hi, my name is Vicki Wick, and I'm the proud owner and cake artist of Wicked Sinsations, which is a home based business operating under the State of Texas Cottage Food Law, SB81. I have had over 40 years of cooking experience. I've been told that my desserts are the most 'sinfully delicious' you will ever taste.
Cakes are so much more than dessert to me. I see them as expressive edible works of art that are symbols of happiness. Cakes are the focal point of birthdays, weddings and celebrations of all types. They may not last forever and they are usually eaten in a day but the memories of them last a lifetime through photographs. I can make decorated cakes and cupcakes to fit most any occasion.
I have successfully completed the Texas Food Handler Education Program, and am certified in handling food. My desserts are safely prepared in a clean, smoke free environment.
