Keeping Display cakes clean - 5 replies For those of you that have display cakes I need some help. I end up having to dust mine all the time to make sure they are perfectly clean. How do you keep yours looking good. I’ve been told to use an air can to blow the lint etc away. Any other great ideas/tips out there? |

Dummy/Display cakes - 2 replies I am wanting to make my first display/dummy cake. I was wondering if any of you have done them yet and if so did you use royal icing or buttercream icing to stick the fondant to the dummy? Any help and tips is appreciated :-) |
