I am a teacher who has been bitten by the baking/decorating bug! My daughter and I took 2 Wilton classes 1 1/2 years ago and are hooked. Although the classes gave us the basics, what we do now is far beyond what we learned in those classes. We Youtube, Google, and trial-and-error. Both of us have fledgling businesses now, and are so happy! I am a teacher who bakes, but some days wish I was a baker who teaches!
