I am a mother of 2 beautiful boys, aged 13 and 9, and a very special little girl named Kalinka, 10. Kalinka has Cerebral Palsy and Kernicterus and totaly dependant on constant supervision and support. She is non-verbal and wheelchair-bound.
In Russia a "Kalinka" (Russian: Калинка) is a snowball tree or also known as a Snowberry (Viburnum opulus).
In September 2012 I started baking cupcakes for a extra income to cover Kalinka's increasing medical needs.
And so "Snowberry's" was born.... and my hobby became my home business. Two years down the line I resigned my day-job to bake fulltime...
