Yes…I’m guessing you could. But I’m thinking ganache….melting and making in the same unit.

If this is truly something that can raise the temperature and hold it at a preset level I’d definitely buy one. This could make short work of the issues I have with tempering chocolate by hand… If it is indeed as good as it’s cracked up to be xx

Oh my goodness June thank you for sharing! I will most definitely consider purchasing this, especially since all our cakes are made from SMBC and IMBC, this is a wonderful investment!

Actually, Danijela that price isn’t unreasonable for the professional decorator. Some could be written off. And a top of the line KA can be nearly $450.

Couldn’t you just imagine, June! It will have to be aspirational… my double boiler will continue to be my best friend. :)

yes but still way to much ..I think a $100 would be acceptable or a bit more but $330 no way as mine as well get another mixer or a pro one for $1000 or more yes it could be but i really don’t see much use on my end lol …xoxoxoxoxoxo

Here in the UK they go for almost double what you guys pay across the pond, I’d love one for $330!

Tiny you really only need that thermometer for them…I would like to see a pot that can cook sugar syrup to different degrees now that would be helpful and maintain the heat of so it does not burn..oh that would be awesome

Danijela I thought that’s what this thing promised? Ah but idk if it gets hot enough for syrup… 21-102 degrees C you can select in 2 degree increments

Well, have to say upon research….Danijela is right….stick to your candy thermometer…..It’s like $300 + just for the bowl…..whoa mama….need big pockets…..
