hahahah of course cleaning up is the worst thing…. besides that I hate colouring fondant and cutting letters…. ah and of course washing my hands hundred times a day!
Oh yes cleaning up! And colouring fondant. I long for an airbrush so I don’t have to do it so often! Designs with intricate details that need to all be cut out
I’m with Raewyn. I used to love baking, but now it’s that messy thing that makes loads of washing up and takes ages before I can get to the fun stuff. When I’ve built my empire, someone else is doing the baking part! ;)

Getting the frosting perfectly smooth. I get obsesive and ill get stuck trying to remove that one little crack/bleb/crum for hours! And driving the cake to its event! People behind you riding your bumper. Swerving every dip and bump in the road.
I’ve made signs for the car now explaining that I’m carrying a cake and can’t go fast around corners. Doesn’t stop the idiots, but does calm down the people who think I’m just driving weirdly :)

I’m right there with all of you on the cleaning up. I’m so not a neat baker and my kitchen looks like a hurricane has gone through it!
I’m ashamed to admit that I also do not often enjoy dealing with my customers… All too often getting information out of them is like finding hens teeth.
