re: Cake decorating parties

I think it’s a great idea – just googled “cake decorating parties for children” and loads came up with all sorts of pricing structures. So might be worth you doing this and having a browse, and possible getting advice from one or two? Another thought is that if you are offering this service it might be worth you getting in touch with your local council for advice as there may be a need to be CRB checked or similar and also health and safety implications? I go every year to my daughter’s school where she is a teacher and spend the day with 30 5/6 year olds decorating biscuits for Christmas – great fun! I had to be CRB checked before I could do this which is where my thought came from. Sorry just realised you are in Canada so not sure how things work over there! CRB checks are basically security checks to make sure that a person working with children is “safe” and has no criminal record regarding offences against children etc.
