Figure out what makes you the least amount of money and drop that item. I once was complaining about how busy I was and someone I trust very well said “If you’re too busy, you’re not charging enough.” I finally worked up the gumption to raise my prices. I lost some of the budget birthday cakes, but I realized I wasn’t making money on them anyway. Just food for thought…
