That is the trouble. I would like to try it and I know I would like it but I don’t want to get hooked on such expensive stuff. Maybe for wedding cakes…… Also, I think the Massa is supposed to be really easy to work with but generally people just peel off the fondant anyway so the fact that it tastes better may be lost on the customer…… (I still want to try it though) :-D
I have used Tesco but I find Asda’s better and cheaper. I use Tesco’s just for covering boards now if I don’t have any Asda’s. Did you ever try Mitch Turner’s brand one that they sold in Sainsbury’s a year or so ago – it was revolting and I am amazed she ever put her name to it! :-/
