Hi Mandy! So pleased to hear you covered it in the end!! I agree with all the great tips above, but what I use and can’t live without is a dehumidifier!! I have it going constantly in the room where I do my cakes with the door closed, Nothing ever melts or goes soft or sticky, no matter the temperature outside, the dehumidifier keeps everything lovely and dry. Can’t stress enough how brilliant they are!!
