That’s a real tough one!! There’s just not a lot you can do when the temperature is so hot/humid. Same thing happened to me covering a RKT car last week. Luckily, I had started on it a week early and had the time to let it set up in a cool closet and it dried as soon as the humidity lifted a bit; but my fondant looks a bit ‘melted’ even though it’s dry. If you have time, put it in a cool place an give it a day or so. Good luck!!
