re: Fondant

take any leftover fondant you didn’t use and wrap it tightly in plastic wrap. Store in a cool/dry place out of sunlight and it should stay for a while. I use so much of it that I haven’t tested how long it can be stored for but I’m assuming it will stay for a while before drying up :] I dont put mine in the fridge though unless its on a cake, so I’m not sure about that :]
