Love baking and creating exciting cakes...flavour, texture and the Wow response when my cakes are tasted are very important :) When it comes to decorating, I am creative and love to experiment with colour and design. My right hand is handicapped * so each cake is a challenge...piping, in particular, is tough :) My newest challenge is that I have just been diagnosed as Diabetic 2 :( Any other members have this problem? Would be interested to know.
