Chef Jun Florendo, a baking and cake decorating instructor for almost 30 years now. Studied in the USA and UK and taught owners of well established businesses in the confectionery arts industry here in the Philippines.
Chef Jun, previously worked as manager and instructor at CCS Bakeshop together with his mother, the Philippine Cake Queen, Avelina Carbungco Florendo. Now, he faces a new endeavour by opening his own school in Marikina.
