Chemist by day, baker by night (as well as weekends and very early mornings)! I have a passion for baking and one day hope to open my own bakery! For now, I have established a home bakery that allows me to gain the experience I need and put smiles on peoples' faces! I love to bake and nothing is more rewarding than seeing a customer's eyes light up from your creation!
