I saw a book by "Pop Bakery" a couple of years ago and it started me on my road to making pop cakes (or cake pops as others tend to call them!) I My original idea was for running children's parties.....and this is still the favourite part of my business.....seeing the youngsters have fun and create! I don't work with fondant, and make, mould and hand paint solid chocolate decorations instead. I also love making mini pictures on pops....when I get the time... :)
