Hello, my name is Sofia ! I studied accounting and finance and then a postgraduate degree in HR.. worked as an accountant but discovered my love for cake decorating and baking. I wanted to do it right so I decided to leave the life I had here in Cyprus and move to London and attend a Patisserie course. After my training at Le Cordon Bleu school of Patisserie in London, UK, and working as a pastry chef there, I have recently relocated back to my home city of Lefkosia.

I am self-taught on decorating, as that is not really a part of the course i did. My patisserie knowledge helps with the inside of the cake, as people here are very specific with what they like and expect :)

I am currently working from home which is what suits mine and my family's needs best ! I love expressing myself through being creative and cake making is the perfect way for me to do that
