I trained as a chef in the late 70's/early '80's and since then have done loads of different things, some involving food and some not. Having tried the world on for size I have now come to the conclusion that what I really like doing is making really tasty cake that looks good too.
I'm not aiming to be a millionaire, I would just like to pay my bills by doing something I really love - even though it drives me nuts sometimes - and doing it for myself, not wage slaving ever again (hopefully).
