I discovered my passion for cake design and pastry as I became a mum, in 2008. Since then I've never stopped, I love decorating cakes and cookies. I built lovely memories for my kids because we could celebrated their birthdays with beautiful cakes made for them with all my dedication.
Then by fortune this passion became a job, I started to give cake design classes and to make cakes for others.
