re: Buttercream Flower Cake !

Hi guys. The recipes for buttercrem is so easy. You must to have same wight butter and condensed milk and mix together. For this cake I used 500 grams unsalted butter, soft, bit them and when is ready add the milk and bit again. Milk must be sweet and thick. It’s very tasty and perfect for this flowers.
About the cream inside.
Home made jam l do always sane way. Around 300 grams fresh fruits or previously frozen you must blended and boil. Take off the hitting. Add 1 dry jelly sane taste like your fruits or gelatine around 20 gram ready (prepare it first). Mix and live it to cool. When is very very thick you can put it half on top the sponge and half i mixed with previously whipped double krem (you can add icing sugar if you like sweet). When you add to cream mix little bit together.
