Ladies thank you for your nice comments> Coconut cake is my favorite because I , too, am crazy about anything coconut. Because of my gluten intolerance I couldn’t taste it, but all the ladies at the prayer mtg. ( where we celebrated my BFF’s birthday) absolutely loved it.
