Thank you Sandra. For you or anyone else who wants to try this. Her instructions call for cooking the Isomalt to 300 degrees. I found it made the Isomalt too soft and bendable. I tossed the first one away and made the second one by cooking to 350 degrees, much better! It set quickly and firmly.
