I've always enjoyed baking but have been asked to make a few special occasion cakes. I took a Wilton beginner's cake decorating class many years ago but used very little of those skills for a long time. I would like to learn all I can and really enjoy the process. But I truly enjoy looking at what other bakers create and only aspire to small versions of the great creations.
