I have been a pastry chef for over 10 years. I have worked for a number of high-end restaurants & resorts. I have also done a good bit of cake baking and decorating on the side for several years. I am now embarking on focusing full-time on my custom made gourmet sweets business. I am looking to grow and open up a shop that offers both custom made treats for all special occasions & events as well as over the counter pastries both salty & sweet. This has been my dream for a long time and I am finally getting to concentrate on doing this much more. Wish me luck!
