I made this cake for an invitation to dinner. I love pomegranades for several reasons: the taste, the colours and the different meanings. It’s the perfect combination of colours, the cake looked already dressed for winter and Christmas too. Nothing complicated but simple and sober. For the pomegranade I used some biscuits which I covered with fondant and then modelled, the leaves are simply free hand painted. Thank you for looking!
