I made this cake for the competition in Ny and got 2nd Place, our table theme was music
I used Isomalt, Gumpaste, silver leaves cut with craft punches ,royal icing and candy clay and Gelatin for butterflies to create this cake, I wanted to use as much as different materials and techniques as I could.
