The is the second cake I entered into International Cake Competition in Birmingham UK – very happy to receive Merit for my first competition, however I was disappointed not being able to finish as I wanted originally, didn’t have enough time. Next time I will enter one cake ;) and finish as I wanted. Hope you like it xxx

this is brilliant!! I relate to the ‘lack of time’ frustration (story of my life haha!) but truly there is nothing lacking in this. Very, very well done. Love the backdrop too. xx
