I have entered first time International Cake Competition in Birmingham UK and so happy to receive “Silver” Award ;) It has been amazing experience and for sure I will do it again. I have entered 2 cake and for the second cake I got Merit ;) Just regret not having enough time to finish the second cake, but its very difficult to work full time in the nursery and bake, decorate evenings plus take care of your privet life. However I feel very proud ;)) Hope you like it x
