Rose and Peonie sugar flower wedding cake
The bride is a florist and wanted a cake with loads of flowers on. She sent me photos of the flowers that she was using in her table arrangements. I made Amnesia and Blush roses, hot pink ranunculus, Lilly of the valley and ivy.
The 12" tier is carrot and walnut cake filled with cream cheese filling and covered with white chocolate ganache and ivory fondant
The 10", 8" & 6" tier is vanilla sponge filled with vanilla butter cream, covered with white chocolate ganache and ivory fondant.
The highest part of each tier is 6" high and the lowest part 4"
