The brief on this cake was: 6-yr old Gabriel wants an alligator and a snake! So I thought of a swamp cake and my initial inspiration was a cake made by The House of The Rising Cake. This is a 28cm 4-layer light chocolate fondant cake with layers of chocolate buttercream and 70% Lindt chocolate ganache in between.
