Calla Lily Chocolate Explosion

This cake was ordered by a workmate for his wife who was finishing CRNA school at the top of her class.

Devils food cake, filled and frosted with milk chocolate ganache, final frosting done with american buttercream, pourable consistency milk chocolate ganache poured over the final frosting, decorated with gumapste calla lilies.
