6 and 10 inch Italian Cream Cake covered in fondant. Everything the birthday boy loves is on this cake, Italian soccer, cooking, cigars, Sambuca and women. This was the first time I made a sugar bottle and the label is hand painted as is the Italian soccer logo. The women’s lingerie is about as racy as I will go with a cake! ;)
