Greatly and gratefully inspired by Verusca Walker beer cake and tutorial, here is my pineapple mousse beer pint for my husband and brother in law birthday (they are twins and both love beer).
The foam is pineapple mousse and the inside cake is a sponge cake also with pineapple mousse.
