A cake for my niece’s mum’s 50th Birthday. She absolutely adores Daisy, her Lhasa Apso dog and she also loves her gardening. I used rice crispies and mallow to first form the shape, then gave it a rough sugar paste coating and let it set for a few hours. It took me a day and a half of hand rolling and applying every single strand of sugar individually until complete. She really is cuter than the picture shows and I really do want to adopt her. :) :) xx
