This cake was for a friends baby girl who turned one. She wanted Hello Kitty, but also wanted a number one; so this is what I came up with. She was very pleased.
Number one covered in fondant. Hello Kitty, balloons and flowers are made of fondant. Sheet cake is done in butter cream.
