Be Mine, Valentine!

Valentine’s cupcakes for some kids who have a special place in my heart.
I saw something similar on line, but wasn’t able to duplicate it. It as cupcakes, baked in a wafer icecream cone, standing in a tall clear plastic cup which had been partially filled with Valentine’s M&M’s.
I used Skittles for the bright rainbow colors.
The cupcake has a surprise pink center.
