Ombre Valentine's Ruffle Cake
A 6"/ 4" tiered red velvet cake with white chocolate swiss meringue buttercream. I used the top of a heart cutter for the ruffles on this one (even though no one but me could probably tell!) since it was Valentine’s day and it was for a “Give Your Heart” auction.
