My daughter saw the Octonauts cake posted by Cake Avenue on Facebook, and decided she wanted me to recreate one for her for her 4th birthday. :-) The catch was she changed her mind 2 days before her party…so, everything I made for this cake was done in 12 hours or less. I think it turned out pretty well though considering. :-) Carved cake covered in chocolate ganache. All fondant decorations.
