This couple chose a three tier, square, wedding cake on a stepped stand. The 12" bottom tier is chocolate sponge filled with chocolate buttercream and covered with dark chocolate ganache. The second tier is a 10" vanilla sponge filled with a tangy lemon buttercream and covered with white chocolate ganache. The top tier is a 8" vanilla sponge filled with strawberry buttercream and covered with white chocolate ganache. The tier was covered with white fondant and embossed with a rose stamp and crimped. Each tier has large hand made hot pink sugar roses… 12 in total. The couple provided a James Bond themed bride and groom topper.
