I made this for my friend Amys wedding yesterday at The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in Camberley.
12” and 10” rich chocolate cakes filled and covered in milk chocolate ganache, 8” and 6” Vanilla sponges, filled and covered with white chocolate ganache, all iced in ivory covapaste and covered in tons of decorations
I was so proud when the Brides father mentioned me at the end of his speech and I received a standing ovation
