I am a mum to 3 children, Annabel, Jack and Jonny. I started my cake business from home in February 2011 and am also a very busy avon lady....
I suddenly lost my husband in May 2012 and found that my cakes were brilliant therapy, I am so pleased that I had my cakes to fall back on.
