I loved doing this unusual project, which showed lateral thinking, pro-activity and initiative for this lovely lady who went for an interview to an exclusive Furnishing Company in London recently.

These cupcakes were part of her interview presentation, as they represent what the company sells. Cupcakes: Light Victorian Sponge piped with white chocolate ganache and all hand modelled in sugarpaste.

Sadly, they have lost out by not taking her on… but she was so delighted with the cupcakes and I sure loved making the two

What a great idea for the cupcakes and the interview. If they didn’t take her on after those cupcake they must be mad and obviously didn’t deserve her! I would have hired her there and then!
